# Can I Change My Limits?
## Submit your request by phone or email providing the reason for the change.
If you would like to increase/decrease your coverage limits please submit your request to [Customerservice@nowinsurance.com](mailto:Customerservice@nowinsurance.com) or call us today to discuss your request with an agent 888-585-2075.
A specialist will review the request and contact you with further instructions/information. Please note this process could take 24-48 Hrs.
For a more immediate solution, a new policy can be purchased with the limits desired and the current policy cancelled. To cancel an active policy please follow the cancellation guidelines.
