How do I Cancel my Policy?

To cancel a policy, NOW requires a written notice for privacy and compliance purposes.

Send an email to Customerservice@nowinsurance.com.

Please provide the policy/certificate number and a brief message with the reason of the cancellation.

• Cancellations are completed within 24-48 Hrs. A Confirmation email will be sent once completed.
• A cancellation fee may vary per policy.
• Refunds are prorated and could take 5-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
• Once a policy is cancelled it cannot be reinstated.
